How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by first adding an item to your shopping cart. If you then proceed to the checkout screen, you will have to enter some information about which adress you want the items to be delivered to and how you want to pay and before you know it you are done! How does the delivery process work?
Damsouq has a partnership with DHL, PostNL and DPD. So your package will be in good hands. Team Damsouq packs the items as secure and safe as possible.
What are the delivery times?
Within the Netherlands on working days from Monday to Friday, a delivery period of 1 to 3 working days applies.
Outside the Netherlands, +1 day applies per country border (For example: Germany would be 2 to 4 working days).
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands. If you place an order of at least €50 you will automatically be eligible for free shipping!
Can I also come by and pick up my order from Damsouq?
No, this is not possible. Damsouq is a online webshop. This means that the products are always delivered to your house, Damsouq does this for extra convenience!

Can i cancel my order?
Yes, this is possible before the package has been sent. Before a track & trace code has been sent via the specified email.
Can I still change my order?
After the order has been placed and payment has been made, nothing can be changed about the order.
Is there a thinking period?
Damsouq has no thinking period. You order the items or you do not order the items. There is no in-between.

How can I return one or more articles?
